Is there a trick to get identical cuts?...each time I cut the cut is repositioned slightly.

Using the exact same file as the hinge template...it should be a simple identical cut right?

That is a big discrepancy. Are you unloading the mat all the way?

You are remembering to hit the 'Load Paper' button and not the 'Unload Paper' for each cut, right?
