Thanks for your support and suggestions.
I have posted a request in General now and hopefully we will see some more users update their details.

Can someone tell me how you guys have attached a signature? My box is checked but I don't know how to add the signature part.

I have had problems with the signature attaching here so I have given up on it.
I too have the signature attach box ticked at the bottom of the message I am typing but it doesn't happen.
