Rebecca,
There is no Pro version of Inkscape to buy, it is open source freeware. There are some scammers out there charging for it but don't be fooled. You can get it 100% free and legal for personal or professional use at http://www.inkscape.org. I do appreciate your commitment to playing by the rules, though!
You might want to check out the paint bucket technique for tracing templates. It is does not require any bitmap manipulation first and is perfect for this kind of file. Once your defaults are set you can trace a shape in 1 click. http://cleversomeday.wordpress.com/2009 ... -tutorial/
You may want to consider changing the preview image on your site since it shows images that do not reflect the actual contents of the file and would lead people to believe that the shapes were not suitable for cutting when in fact they are. Increasingly, people who do not know anything about digital cutting are trying to cash in on the SCAL craze. To help your business get the best start possible, you want to distinguish yourself from them. Best of luck to you in your new venture.

there is no preview image of the bitmaps, just text explaining that these are the ones for cricut cutters, the other pictures are for pdf files. Thank you for the information about inkscape. I supose i assumed that it would only be free for personal use as that is the case with most freeware. I will post svgs now thanks.

Ok, I see how you have it set up now. Thought the text referred to the images below it. Didn't realize that was the link. Sorry, it's getting late.

okay stayed up way too late, have to sleep soon.but svgs are posted on freebe page. http://printabledigitaldesign.com/freebees.html

take the bitmapstoo, just because there are so many possiblecombinations these parts can go together, you can cut them all a sheet at a time or just make your own, whatever you need for the design you want with the bitmaps, and then convert that to svg. Good luck I hope this helps.
