Yes its beautiful. Everytime I hit simplify it took away too much detail but it looks like you did fine with it. Thanks for the help. I'm sure all of us Twilighters will get a lot of use out of these.

See this post for changing the simplify threshold.

Also, I believe that the amount of simplification is based on the number of nodes, so the more nodes, the more severe the simplification. If you use Control L twice in less than 5 seconds it is also more severe. HTH

LOL, I didn't even know there was a simplify button! I just worked on the nodes by hand! Where do you find that button?

I don't think that there is a button. I usually just use the hot keys (control L), but you can go through the Path menu too. I was wrong on the time. It's 0.5 seconds, not 5 seconds. I find that if the image has a lot of corners that I usually simplify manually because the simplify tends to round corners.

Click on one of the svg files, save it to your computer, open SCAL, then File/Import svg. It is very important to IMPORT svg files and OPEN scut files in SCAL. HTH

SCAL should open a scut file, unless it is a cut file?
SCUT files are created in SCAL and only work in SCAL. You open them in SCAL. Also, if fonts were used directly in SCAL, you need that font installed on your computer.
SVG files are vector graphics and can be edited with several different programs. They are opened in Ink and imported in SCAL.
CUT files are created in PC's Design Studio and only work with DS.
