vinyl cuts outs for a 7 x 7 glass block light

Craig, I have just learned by trial and error...on ebay they are selling these....also type in lighted glass blocks in your browser...
I bought 10 blocks from Home Depot...and 1 inch and 5/8 in. diamond bits....my Dad has a drill press...I like the 1 inch bit....I bought the bits from Texas Holy Rocks on ebay....at first spray the block, where you are drilling with water to keep the bit from heating up and then with with air compressor blow the water and glass dust off just before breaking threw the glass and only a little smoke will get in the block and you won't have to wash them out...just blow them out with air compressor....
bought xmas light threw American Christmas lights..try and get white wire and 35 lights.....I wrap very small wire around the light strand and the lights don't fall to the bottom..

Joann's had glass blocks last time I was there. some for $19.99 and some for $14.99. They were in the back by the wood products. You could use your % off coupons for them
