I Did IT !!!! It is such a cool box! The only problem I had is I forgot to adjust the blade for the score lines, I got it to work 3 times and then ripped the sh*t out of it. I recommend watching both tutorials along with downloading the PDF to help follow along.
I hope we get freezing rain so I can make it again in the morning rather than go to work

where are you located that you are expecting freezing rain? My daughter is in IN and they have huge amounts of snow forecast.

That looks pretty cool! I looked at the instructions and they seemed kind of confusing - I guess once you start doing it with the pieces in front of you, it probably makes sense.

The next one I do will be a solid color it will be less confusing. It actually came together quickly except for the tape I had a much harder time getting the red plastic off then putting it together. I am going to play around with it some more. My first time try at anything is always a little rough.

so the serrated lines I put in - those were fold lines, correct? Would it be better to leave them off and just use a scoring tool?

you could leave the scoring line but I would do them separate and set your blade at a lighter touch...

This is really cool. I can see why this would be cool way to use up old Christmas Cards.

You did an great job putting it together. I watched the tutorial and I'm not sure I would have the patience to make something like this! Please share any future projects. I love looking at other people's work.
