Hi Jacqui. You have several options for how you can use the animal prints. First, and the easiest is to cut out the animal print itself, (I only cut vinyl) weed it and apply it to an object with a solid background in a different color. That will give you the look of animal print. You can then layer whatever you want on top. Second you can cut it out of one color of vinyl and layer it over the top of another color of uncut vinyl. Then you can cut out your design from the layered vinyl (which is now an animal print). Increase the pressure and maybe your blade depth on your machine as you are going through two layers of vinyl instead of just one.

There are a few more options, but those two are the easiest to get you started. Hope that helps.

Thanks...these are great!!! I have been attempting to make some pattern papers and it can be a challenge.
