This project is awesome, Todd...they are going to love them!!!!!!
This thread came up for me in SEARCH, as I have got some 12x12 sheets from vinylforcricut....not sure if it is good stuff or not...never used it yet, so I was looking for more directions.
I use an E and only have regular blade and deep cut blade and housing...which should I use?
I was told in directions that came with vinyl to use setting of 3-3-3 to cut, does this sound right?
I will use parchment paper while ironing...should I get a flat edge cookie sheet? I will be using regular iron.
It says in directions, press and hold 6 to 8 seconds and move around about 20 seconds, allow to cool and peel mylar stuff.
I guess it is best to do each color one at a time and not try to put together a puzzle of sorts and iron all at once?
My main question is...should I use steam?
Any help from anyone is appreciated...thank you. Not sure what I am going to make...I have a couple of toddler size tshirts to practice on.
Iron on Vinyl
Re: Iron on Vinyl
On the vinyl that I have, I set my blade at 3 and my pressure at 3. Remember to cut your image Reverse. I just used my ironing board and no steam. I had to iron my vinyl for 1 minute and 15 seconds per the directions.
