Mat on Screen

Ok I don't know what I have done but for some reason my mat on the computer screen is going down on the screen instead of across it...what have I done and how do I fix it....Please help it is a little annoying when trying to use the 12x24 mat I can't see all of the mat.

Up at the top, under "Cutter", you can set your mat size.

Also, under "View" you can zoom in and out.

If you are talking about the size you can change that in the view as GJ1 said but if you are talking about the mat orientation with nothing selected in the top right hand corner you can change it from horizontal to vertical
