HELP!!!

Post by JanetL »

:?:  I need some help.... I have attempted to use SCAL2 on both my netbook and my desktop. I have a file that Kathy a friend of mine made for me and I am attempting to switch the names around on the design everytime I click on the break apart and start to move things around the program shuts donw. I even went so far as to uninstall the program from both machines and redownload and it still keeps shutting down. I need to get this design done so that I can cut 40 pieces out of vinyl for my SIL wedding... Please help. I cannot figure out why the program keeps shutting down and stating that an error has happened.

Thanks to anyone for some help.

Did you try Object/Ungroup first? Also, what version of SCAL2 are you using?

If you can't get this to work, post the file and someone will try to help.

What version of SCAL2 are you using? Also, is it a scut or svg file?

when you ask me what version I am looking at the login screen that tells me the version or is that not correct? I am rather new at this program. 2 weeks ago my SCAL2 was running fine but for the last week it just keeps closing no matter what I try to do.

The start-up window or from the menu Help/About will tell you the version.

Your best option may be to upload the file so that someone else can try.
