Oh no! What am I doing wrong! It looked OK in my SCA but I don't seem to be able to see the entire file? Or something?

Could you help me out on how to weld in SCAL and or Inkscape.

Guess my age is getting to me I spent several hours reading yesterday and just couldn't get it. Any help would be great.
