Hi. Is there a tutorial that tells how to arch words in SCAL or Inkscape. What I want is:
100 Years - top arched up
1910-2010 - straight across middle
of Scouting - arch down at the bottom
Does that make sense? Is that possible to do and have it cut correctly in SCAL 2?

Check out this search result for text in a circle and you will see many posts with links to tutorials etc. There are quite a few, so you will have to find the best one that works for you.

this post will show you how to do it in MSWord, Publisher etc. OpenOffice has a similar function called fontworks
