plz help

I've been trying to make this into a svg, just can't seem to get it right. Can someone plz help. I need it so I can have all (or most) of the colors separate.

This is going to take a lot of work to get it to look good. Where did you find the picture?

It's a friend on mine's logo for his karaoke business. I got most of it, just cant get the jacket, glasses, or pants to turn out right.

A higher res picture would work much better. This one is pixelly enough that some of the lines are lost in the pixels. You still might need to either take it into a photo editing program and touch it up, or do a lot of post-trace editing.

You can get the inner part of the glasses and the suit stripes with an Inkscape threshold of 0.1, but it will still need some cleaning up.
