I don't know, Todd. Are you the creator or designer or guru (aka big cheese) of this site and/or SCAL? I just know I've heard people mention a Todd as if he was the head dude. Sorry I'm so clueless on this. It has been two evenings of total frustration with not being able to use my SCAL and I am fried crisp....Kay

I did read that you don't have the same USB port that I showed in my picture. Does the USB serial controller show up when your Cricut is plugged into your computer? Also, is there something that has an exclamation mark next to it in your window?
