Need ideas for restaurant front window!!!!

It's been a couple months since I first posted the temporary coming soon signs for the 80's restaurant in DE.

Well, we have officially opened..... and I have been asked to design their front window.... And I need some ideas. I know I can not use any characters or logos....

I think I'm going to use the saying "The 80's are back" on the one window, but on the 2nd, I'm not so sure????

One idea is to stagger the words "MOVIES", "MUSIC", "VIDEO GAMES".... with music notes, film reels..... maybe "FOOD" with soda/fries ....

Can you think of anything related to the 80's thats NOT a character or logo that I could use????

A few ideas....this looks like the symbol from space invaders (not sure where I got this - it was in my collection of goodies)

also you could take an 80's phrase like "Don't Worry Be Happy!" and cut it for the window. (search 80's phrases on the internet)

Other ideas...rubik's cube or those black & white checkered sneakers.

How about a juke box?? with music notes coming out or lps... you can even put people silouettes.. girls with poodle skirts???

Do an internet search for "80's image" and see if anything inspires you.
