Frusterated-order SCAL over 24 hours ago & no code-Help!!

Hi, Im a newbie. I ordered SCAL yesterday 7/4 at about 11AM EST. I still don't have my autorization code and it has been more than 24 hours (site says could take up to 24 hours). It's almost 4Pm EST & I still don't have anything. Is this normal? Does anyone know if my maybe SCAL employees are on vacation because of the holiday? I'm excited and can't wait to start playing w/my new software-someone please advise. I did check junk/spam email and requested a new serial number-nothing yet.

i ordered on 7/4 also - it is now 7/8 and still no word !!!! yes i checked my spam folder and this am i sent an email with info.

Since it's been this long I would go to craft edge and send a message to Todd from the Craft Edge site

That's what I did, contacted support and had my code within an hour. Been playin since-ordered vinyl two days ago and went and bought tile and glass etch cream today, the software is awesome!!!!

Where do I find a site code? I can't activate my SCAL until I have a site code. What do I do?
