Newbie in need of HELP

Hello,

Just purchased Sure Cuts ALot software but can't upload it because my computer brought it up as an .efw file and I can't figure out how to open it to get my program to work. If you can help me I really, really, really appreciate it.

Your best recourse is "Support" they always answer you quickly.

Tell them what OS you are using: XP, Vista, Mac etc. along with the version and any other information you have about what you did!

they are the experts and are TERRIFIC and FAST. They are NOT like the other guys!
