Ok I am new to this, I installed SCAL, and when I go to put my usb cable and hook it from laptop to cricut it says unable to use new hardware, or something like that.... I did my install and put in my serial number and stuff but is there something else I need to do?? The usb cable that i am trying to use is the one that came with my cricut. Help please, everyone talks about how nice this software is, but as you hear I can't fiqure it out!!

I had the driver problem also but downloaded the driver and it works fine now
