Can someone help with this file?

What I am trying to make is something that will cut in SCAL. I need a 6 inch circle with 16 slits evenly spaced around the sides, that go until 2 inches from the middle. I need 16 lines to cut around the edges, evenly, but only going until that 2 inch mark in the middle. You will see when you open the file. I know that I need to not "group" the cut lines, but it keeps telling me they arnt "paths" so I cant "unite" them and so this file opens funny in SCAL.

You did still have a group of lines. There were some lines that weren't touching the circle. After I fixed that, it still disappeared when I Path/Union, so I selected all, Path/Stroke to path, then Path/Union. Everything will cut twice, so adjust your depth and pressure accordingly. Also, did you want a 2" gap in the middle, or the lines ending 2" away from the middle? You have a 2" gap.
