Reset twice, keeps cutting up images....

My cricut keeps dicing up my images into little pieces. I've reset it twice. It cut out 2 images from Doodlecharms fine,
then when I tried to cut out 2 different images from SCAL it diced them up completely.
What am I doing wrong?

I think in an earlier post you mentioned the trial version of SCAL.
Are using the full paid up version or the trial version? The trial version will cut 3 lines through everything you cut - sort of like a watermark. But once you pay for the full version those lines will disappear.

Yes, it is the 3 lines across the page... LOL okay. I didn't know that.

Not a problem - it has caught out quite a few people - and at least you know there is nothing wrong with your machine!
