Re: Flowers anyone
I just downloaded that file yesterday and haven't cut it yet. You did a great job with the shading! I love them. Now I'm all inspired to cut out a bunch of them.

I know they are supposed to be daisies, but your beautiful yellow-orange shaded ones look just like mums!

yes I guess you can make look like a few flowers. I use thin cardstock so they are stiffer than using paper we have an everlasting daisy here that grows wild so I make them like that. Trying some more today using diferent layers and Il try a bigger one

Re: Flowers anyone
I got some paint chips from Lowe's today and used them to make a couple of flowers. If you position the chips( 4 of them) just right, you can cut out variations of the same color family. The chips are 3x2 7/8 . Now if I can only get the hole for the brad in the exact middle! They cut out beautifully on the Cricut. I thought they might be too hard or thick but they cut like a breeze. Definitely gona get me some more paint chips. They had some beautiful metalic ones also.

Paint chips are the printed color samples you can get (at least in the US) where you buy house paint. (I've never painted anywhere else)
