How can I move an object outside my mat

Can someone tell me how to move an object outside the mat on my screen in scal4 please.

Hi, select the element you want to move using the layers panel then with the arrow keys you can move it out of the ma tarea.

If your goal is not to have it cut you can just turn the eyeball off on the element or cut it and put it on another page. All depends on why you want if off the mat.

I would like to move it outside my mat on the screen,the way you can do it in scal2.


Sorted...I have found out how I did it on my old computer. Go to Edit and open Preferences , go to edit and unlock Keep objects on mat dragging.
