I need help

I got a cutter from US Cutter a few days ago, the SC series. every time i cut more than 1 item it cuts 1/2 the first item and then suddenly starts to make random straight cuts all over, or the paper just begins to feed forward with the blade down, or blade goes all the way left and makes noise. I have called us cutter every day and i get the run around. like try a new USB cable (that did not work) its the pictures you are trying trace are not right, i tried what i saw on the video. i just dont know. i have bought a roll of 24 inch paper and use the pen so i dont waste vinyl. but i just seem to always have these stray line cuts. can anyone help me.... please.... thank you for your time.

I don't know much about this cutting machine, but if their customer service is not giving you the service you deserve, maybe you should think about returning the cutter and going with a different one? I know you must be frustrated! Good luck getting things straightened out.
