Do any of you know if any of the cutter machines are usually on sale on Black Friday? And if so, where?

depends what are you looking for...the Cameo is on sale at Oh My Crafts but you'll have to wait for it. I purchases mine in mid October and am still waiting for it but I got a good deal on it.

Check out http://bfads.net/ they list all the black Friday ads.
If you aren't learning something new everyday you might as well just lie in a grave and wait for death.

I got my Cricut Expression for $140 at a Black Friday sale at Menards (a Midwest competitor to Lowes and Home Depot). It was a steal. These days, however, I wouldn't buy a Cricut because the ones sold now are incompatable with SCAL.
