I have the solution from Craft Edge

Right click the application and choose Run as Administrator
Then Install USB Driver

Confirmed It worked!

I plan to reformat my Laptop. Running like it pulling a lead anchor. How do I properly uninstall to be able to reload the software when I get is all running again. I have my key registered to both my Net-book and Laptop currently. Formation Laptop.

Screen shot seems to be an ugly way of doing things. It would be nice to reverse the SVG-SCAL2 and just SCAL2-SVG.
