You solved it! It was set to Adobe Illustrator so it threw off the units.

That does help -- The problem I am having I guess is the dimensions read right in Inkscape but how do I transfer properly to SCAL? When I attempt to, it changes my sizes on everything? Does anyone know the process to importing so you don't have this problem?

How do you cut to the full 12x12 size? It seems it cuts off anything besides the gray dotted line and won't cut the full mat size (12x12) is that correct?
