This was so simple to make. The svg that you need is just a half of a circle. (I would post it but I'm on a different computer than the file is on). Just add some embellishments and presto! I will add the 1/2 circle and the "happy birthday" file to my blog tomorrow. http://3.bp.blogspot.co...
