Thanks So Much.. I couldn't figure out how to make it look right!!

i am looking for just the chevy bowtie to cut out in scal 2.. i have found several jpegs, and opened them in the trace feature, but it just doesn't look right, and plus I don't want the word Chevrolet, just the bowtie. a cotton boll. you know like in the cotton inc logo. I have added an attachment of the logo i am referring to. I just want the actual picture of the cotton boll ,not the workding, as a svg. Can anyone help me?

I have a question, with the word books can they be used for pictures, or what are there main purpose. I want to try my hand at some but didn't really know what they were used for. I saw a class of 2009 and it looked really neat.. I just got SCAL and have been playing with it but i am not sure how to...
