So this works in SCAL 2 only just to forewarn SCAL 1 users In SCAL 2 if you click on EDIT in the top toolbar go to the last drop down option PREFERENCES and the second box with drop down arrow called SVG DPI change that to 90 (inkscape). Than when you import svgs from inkscape it'll be the same size...
