I have small circles that will not cut all the way around.. any helpful advice for a newbie

I have attached the svg they are perfect round circles but when it goes from Corel to SCAL the circles do not cut complete.

Ok, we are doing that but we are using a brand new mat and I can't seem to get the paper out without moving anything.. also the image is 8 x 11 so its a big piece of paper is that a problem??

I'm having a similar issue with it cutting diffrent from what the screen shows. I created 25 circles that have a logo in the center of them in corel draw x4. I printed the circles onto card stock and need the circles cut out with socal. I saved it as a .svg imported it into socal and lined it up the...

I have 700 circle logos that need to be cut tonight.. I am newbie so please be gently.. I have looked through the forums and can't find any help with 8 x 11 .. I have imported the circles into SCAL and I have line them by size and height but I can not get them to cut right... Is there any templetes ...
