Re: cutout shapes as picks in floral arrangements
Here's a photo of the finished product....and yes, I did the two sided! Took a good big of work to "create" silouettes that were acceptable to the dress standards of our Christian school, and flag football player clipart does not abound on the web. But, all in all, I think they turned out ...

cutout shapes as picks in floral arrangements
I have been asked to create some cutouts of cheerleaders, flag football players, and footballs to be put on picks and inserted into planted mums for a homecoming banquet. My question to my fellow crafters: should these be doubled-sided (meaning two cutouts glued together with the pick inside) or is ...

Re: Bulletin Boards
I was going to try to share it with Scrappy Dew, but I didn't see a place on their website to do so. If anyone has a tip has to how to do that, feel free to pass it on!

Re: Difficult weekend
It touches my heart that folks from around the world want to "comfort" our nation on this day. I am sure for some who lost loved ones it is a great day of sadness, but I am equally sure that for many others it is a day of comfort when a nation as a whole stops to honor those "fallen b...

Bulletin Boards
I looked everywhere for a bulletin board set that I liked that incorporated the circus theme, but couldn't find one that fit the bill. Then I found these adorable files from Scrappy Dew. I blew them up to bulletin board size, created the flag banner, and voila! a bulletin board to set the stage for ...

Beautiful work, Theresa! Thanks so much for sharing some of the finished product. I know those pages represent hours of work (if you are like me, I spend just as much time if not more "designing" before actually creating the actual thing." Thank you again for sharing!

Re: Graduation wall design for school gym
It was very fun...especially considering that my daughter was the salutorian of the class, won the highest scholarship, and made her mom very proud! I think that is one of the main reasons I agreed to try....wanted to make it a special night for my angel!

Re: Graduation wall design for school gym
I used the Chopin script font, set a "bold" option. Without the bold, it was just too fine to cut nicely.
