Cricut hasn't done anything about SCAL, because SCAL isn't violating any rules or laws. As soon as you take the Cricut machine out of the store bought and paid for, it's YOURS. You can hook anything to it that you want, including SCAL. Also, considering I'm probably the one with the most Disney post...
