Do you think we are allowed to share a SVG files wich contains a vectorised image of a scrapbooking product?

Say for example I have used a Heidi Swapp mask, can I share it?

You can convert any jpg file in an svg file with Inkscape. I take many of those kinds of images on Google image and I have lots of files to cut!
