I love SCAL....I just got a Gypsy this week and already love it. But, I am sooooooooooooo tired of buying carts. I wish there was a way to use fonts, etc in my Gypsy. Wishful thinking, I know. PC has us when they come out with cool things like the Gypsy. They sure a making a lot of $$$$ on us. Michele

Yes I had the image selected. The image is a jpeg that I converted into a svg following the ScrappyDew tutorial on YouTube. I am trying to ungroup to paper piece.

When I go to Paths the image does not show in the box and when I go to Trace Bitmap nothing shows either. I do hit update. Without this step I cannot Ungroup. Any suggestions ?? Thanks.

Thanks Todd. Yes, I have SCAL and Inkscape installed in my computer. I have been searching tutorials, but I need very basic stuff. I learn, just slow !!

I have SCAL and Inkscape. I have the "Baby Bug". I am clueless where to start. I haven't cut anything for a long time. I need a beginner tutorial and keep looking in all the wrong places. HELP !!!
