hi, wonder if anyone else had this happen. I made an svg in inkscape and saved it as an svg. When I open it in scal it is blank?? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi, I am new and hoping someone can help. Updated cricut and about to cut BUT it says personal cricut needs 1.1 or 1.3 version. Mine updated to 1.32. Is that the same or not? Thank you
