I have a new Qe6000 (a Sign Warehouse version of the Graphtec Ce6000) and would like to use SCAL with it. I am able to use the basic cutting functions, but have not been able to get the ARMS to work. Anyone have any success with this unit in getting the ARMS to work??? Hardware wise, it is hardwired...

I had a problem with the 3.056 version not communicating with my cutter and worked with support to get that problem resolved...that's why there is a version 3.056c! I have had no problems with SCAL support folks responding and working to get issues resolved ASAP. Be patient with them and give them t...
