Can this product be converted to SVG with Ink Scape?

I'm sure this has been discussed, but how do you convert pic files to SVG? Can anyone refer me to a post?

I have a customer who owns a Fleetwood Expedition RV. She wants her name put on in the same font as Expedition is writen in. I went to the Fleetwood site, but can't down load the font. How can I find out what it is?

I'm looking for SVG's of motorcycles and BMX bike silouttes. Doe's anyone know where I can find them?
