I'm having a very hard time trying to weld letters together. I tried ungrouping , tracking.. I do not not what I'm doing wrong. I love the Scal program and bought Scl 2 right away but I'm having troubles. I was also having troubles with the shadows, but one problem at a time.

THANK_YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! I downloaded the updates for both Sure Cuts A lot and Design Studio and they both work!!!!!! Very happy that I have everything!!!! Thanks so much... Love this program. I now have the best of both worlds.

Wreed, I have the same problem as you. It's very frustrating.I did not change my firmware, but I did put on the new cartridges (not the latest one they are not out yet) I knew not to download the firmware,so I still have sure cuts alot but I can not use design software. Did using the DS disc help yo...

I need help... I typed out what I wanted to cut and then I brought the "keyboard" down so it was out of my way to continue to weld and shadow. Well now I can not get the key board back. I tired closing the program and rebooting my computer but it is gone. I do not know how to get it back. ...
