I have tried Inc scape and I'm having the hardest time I just wont to change any file over to scut files. UGH

Dose any one have a Idea were to get a free program that will turn all formats in to Scut files I have every thing I need but cant find the program. O is there any Roadrunner and coyote scut I can get I'm very new thanks for any help

I'm trying to do a fallout theme with any and all items in the game so I guess that any SVG file that I can down load and cut out on my CE would be great thanks for asking.

Thanks but I'm low on funds. I still need the fallout game SVG or SCUT I have seen them posted at a site and then lost it.
