What do I have to do in inkscape to convert my existing files so that I can group and ungroup my paper piecings in SCAL 2...I have tried and can't do it. I tried saving as layers in Inkscape but it didn't work. What do I need to do differently? Thanks.

Has anyone ever heard of a problem downloading svgs because the computer is a mac? I have not heard of this before. One of the followers on my blog is experiencing this problem and I don't know what to tell her. Help?

You can make your files in a free program called inkscape. It can be downloaded free. The trick is learning how to use it. If you want some lacrosse equipment I just posted some on my free website at www.stacysfreesvgs.blogspot.com.

does anyone remember an inkscape tutorial about ungrouping colored layers when making an svg with layers? I can't remember the web address where I saw it.
