Re: Help from the vinyl experts

I usually use 3-3-3 for vinyl, but find that sometimes when I use the Cricut it does cut deeper. Trial & error is all I can suggest.

Hi everyone, My daughter has become involved with Chat to the Future, helping to support an orphanage in Uganda. I designed a logo in SCAL and did up a couple of t-shirts for her. The problem is the outline of Africa is a bit too thin, the other problem is I am useless with Inkscape! I am also tryin...

Re: Can you cut anything longer than 24"???

I recently did a sign that stretches about eight feet wide using 10 inch letters. I typed out the text, even though it didn't all fit on the screen. I then made sure that Keep Proportions was checked and set the width to 24 inches so I could see everything. Touched up the spacing, then returned the ...

Re: Looking for a rounded rectangle for street sign

Todd,

Can I get these files from you as well, please? I use the Cricut program to make my street signs, for the same reason as mentioned - my attempts to make a rectangle in SCAL have failed............

Thanks!

Re: Curved Text~~Please help me

Tried curved text in Inkscape and got it to work, but I can't import the SVG into SCAL.

Word looks to be an easier option, but how do I save the text (what format) to use it in SCAL, and what option in SCAL do I use (trace or import?)

Thanks!
