was the slice tool implemented? I don't see it.....

I have Craftwell eCraft machine and trying to UPDATE my SCAL3 software....please help! clicked the download button for newer version and clicked run...it downloaded I restarted my PC and still no new version..I know I must be missing a step in there somewhere... I 'm dieing to SEE all the NEW goodie...
