"SOLVED" Help please! Files won't open in SCAL v2
****SOLVED**** I haven't been on here in a long time - life happens :) Anyway, I'm back and wanting to cut some files for my cards. I purchased a lot of files from various companies but none of them will open. I have a new laptop and Craft Edge has helped me reload SCAL on it. All of my files are b...

Hello! I'm back!
Wow, I can't believe I have not been on here in almost a whole year (well, 11 months actually)! I'm back now though and boy do I ever have a lot of catching up to do - hope I don't ask too many, already answered, questions :o Firstly, I would like opinions on all the new cutters. I do still have SCA...

Re: Gazelle by Bosskut ??
So SCAL really does work with the Gazelle even though Craftedge doesn't actually state this as one of the cutters on their website? I hear you can use the Gazelle mats in the cricut, so can you use the cricut mats in the Gazelle? (Not that I would buy any more cricut mats - I have way too many alrea...

"Other Cutters"
Craftedge site states the program will work with the Cricut and 'other cutters'. Other cutters include Silhouette and Wishblade. They are currently testing eCraft. Does anyone know if the Gazelle will be included in the testing too? They (Bosskut) have a fantastic deal going on right now and I would...

Re: More than one Cricut....
I think you can get it to work this way.......... With NO cricut plugged into your computer click on the 'scissors" like your going to cut a file. You will get a box pop up called "Cricut Firmware". On this box you have to choose which cricut you want it to cut from. There's a drop do...

Re: Have you ever had a font that wouldn't weld?
Yeah, it's the font. When I tried to "shadow" it, it becomes 3 different layers. I'm determined to use the darn thing though so I'll keep working on it!

Re: Have you ever had a font that wouldn't weld?
Thanks Todd. I tried that but it didn't work either. Could it be the font? I've never had any problem before with any other fonts. I've done hundreds of scrapbook page titles using weld or path-union without a hitch. Bummer

Have you ever had a font that wouldn't weld?
I downloaded Cacao Fat font and it won't weld not matter what I do! I tried using the "weld" feature and I've tried using Path-Union. (yes, the letters are overlapped :) ) I thought my program was just acting up so I shut it down, re-opened it and tried a different font. That one worked fi...
