Thank you again for helping me out. I tried your suggestions and it worked perfectly. My stamps have a whole new mission!!! This program is so cool!!! Now if I can just keep it from freezing up, I'll be doing great. And, I think turning off my virus software helps with that! Thank you again!!!

Thank you for your responses. I am going to try your suggestions. I'm glad I don't need Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop because I don't have either of them. I'll try "tweeking" in the photo editing software that I already use. I'll let you know how it works for me. Thanks again for your help! m

I have heard that you could stamp an image, scan it, and save it as a jpeg file which you could import into Inkscape and save as a SVG file. I am playing around with it and although I can do what I just described, I can't get SCAL to pick it up to cut. When I click on preview, I just get a gray imag...

I am testing SCAL with the trial version. I have also updated my firmware on my Personal Cricut with the trial DS. It updated it to version 1.32. Is that a problem? Is it a different version from 1.3? Because when I try to cut an svg file, all I get is three straight lines and the file is a basketba...
