I am needing to buy some vinyl and transfer tape, in rolls or sheets, where is a good place to do that at?

Here is my finished project. Thanks for all the ideas and information. It's not perfect, my alignment on placing it on the glass was a little off and I decided to put some scrapbook paper behind it. This is my daughter's sorority and their quote.

i used some dollar tree clear contact paper as transfer paper and it left a residue on the surface of the vinyl. And I did "un-sticky" it a fabric surface, so wasn't so happy with that.

You guys are awesome, thanks so much. I'm confused though, Do you put the vinyl on the back side of the glass? And if so, I will need to have my image cut backwards?
