Trying to cut a word book for my daughters BF. I went to susan's blue robot and have been playing with inkscape for three hours. I just can't figure it out. How to make the letters stretch. Can someone please makethe cut fiel for me her name is Jordan or bestfriend. Please thanks

Is there a place I can go for instruction on how to make a word book on inkscape? I am so sorry. I probably come across as an idiot but when it comes to crafting i think I am.

Hi I found a dingbat i like, and downloaded it. from dafont. Followed all instructions and installed it. How do I insert that dingbat in my inkscape project. All i get is the fonts not the actual image. Do i have to click on a ctrl setting. Thanks
