Just started getting a cut line...

I have been cutting vinyl like crazy for the last few days. (I've been making letters to label all my craft bins!) I noticed on my last set that there is a cut line about an inch up from the bottom edge that extends almost the length of the mat. I tried cutting it twice with the same result. I haven...

I laminate quite often. As long as you are using a heat laminator, you shouldn't have any bubbles or anything. you may have to send it through twice to get a good seal...that is what I do. It just helps it along a little where you have the different levels of thickness.
