Hi I have attached what you asked for and a zip containing the actual project for SCAL 5. What I am trying to do is dictate the path the cutter will take and not what the software tells me it will do. I do hope the reason for this will be come apparent when you see it.

Well although I got a perfect square with the pen. I can get a perfect square if I have very light cuts but it wont cut through the card even with 10+ passes.
