Hi all, I have an issue with scal 5 pro and its that it cuts small items perfect in size but if I cut the same item 2-3 times larger it is 1.3mm to large. o I adjust the scale and get that right then the smaller parts are to small. Hi I have attached what you asked for and a zip containing the actual project for SCAL 5. What I am trying to do is dictate the path the cutter will take and not what the software tells me it will do. I do hope the reason for this will be come apparent when you see it.

Line cutting order
Hi all I have SCAL pro 5 and I need to change the line cutting order to get the cut corners perfect is this possible in this software? If not can you let me know if there is a software that you can stipulate the cutting order please?

Well although I got a perfect square with the pen. I can get a perfect square if I have very light cuts but it wont cut through the card even with 10+ passes. If I increase the cutting force it all goes PeteTong. I have found that the cutting mat goes into the cutter nice and square but when the cut...

Hi Sandy Once again thank you. I bought a pen holder for the cutter and got it all setup and it now draws a perfect square the correct size too. So I guess my issue is with the blade/holder. I have 45*, 50* and I believe 55* blades so I will just have to keep trying the blades, offset, overcut and m...
