I am having the same issue, everything I attempt to use layers and union or? I get a runtime error.

I plugged mine in and played with it for a few min before sticking it in a drawer. LOL.

I'm attempting to make a template for a small item. I need a line in two places to serve as scoring lines. I don't seem to be able to just draw out a straight line and using a retangle gives me what appears to be double score lines. Help please?

Using Ecal software on my Eclips

I can't seem to make a weld. I am trying to weld a word to a retangle. It will be attached as the side of a card, so am making a 1" box and want to weld my word. I select it all and check the weld box, but it continues to cut the bottom of the letters where they over lap the box.

It seems like the other guy is taking over the market for all the new machines. I WILL be buying a new cutter as soon as I can afford it. It might be an ecraft, however I've seen a couple others I might like to buy instead. However, I find SCAL so much easier to use and would be sad if I couldn't us...
